Babysitting is a great way to earn some extra money – but it’s also a huge responsibility! APex Training Solutions: A Guide to Babysitting course will teach you how to take care of newborns to school aged children. The program involves a variety of hands-on activities using realistic life-size training dolls. Other important skills include first aid for choking, burns and how to deal with common childhood medical emergencies. After successfully completing the Babysitting Course, participants receive a completion card.

Summit's very own youth course leader has designed a fun course that covers all the bases! Summit Consulting & Training: Safety and First Aid for Youth teaches young children through games and activities how to recognize dangers and play safe. We also cover water and fire safety, how to call 911 in an emergency, how to hold an infant safely, and how to deal with minor wounds. The kids always enjoy practicing their bandaging skills on our life sized mannequin mascot, Bogie! After completion of the course, participants receive a completion card.
